Completed in 1984 and expanded in 1997, the Metro Toronto Convention Centre is the largest convention centre in Canada. The centre is located in downtown Toronto within walking distance of over 10,000 hotel rooms, shopping, dining and major attractions. The over 2.0 million square foot facility includes 2 ballrooms, a 1,330-seat theatre, 600,000 square feet of exhibition space and 64 meeting rooms. Numerous guest services are offered at the convention centre including coat check, banking/exchange services, a visitor information office, a guest services desk at each main building entrance. Several business centres are also availble, which offer courier, fax, photocopy and document printing services.
